How it all started
Christmas morning 2022, my brother and I bought our Mom a globe and told her to pick anywhere in the world she wanted to go.
Lucky for us, she chose Croatia.
Split
After landing in Dubrovnik, we rented a car and drove straight to Split. We stayed right near the old town which is home to Diocletians Palace, an old Roman Palace from 400 A.D.
Boat Tour
Our first full day in Croatia we took a full day boat tour of 4 different islands outside of Split.
Plitvice Lakes National Park
Croatias most visited spot, Plitvice Lakes, is an absolutely stunning and beautiful place. Even though it rained, we all agreed it was definitely a must visit for any trip to Croatia
Stari Grad
The 2nd biggest town on Hvar island, Stari Grad is a lot quieter than Hvar town, which is known all over Europe for its party scene.
Korcula
On Korcula island we stayed in the town of Lumbarda. Known for its wineries, and laid back vibes, Lumbarda was our favorite stop of the trip.
Dubrovnik
Maybe most famous as Kings Landing in Game of Thrones, Dubrovnik is a beautiful city rich in history and iconic sites.
Food
Infleunced by the Adriatic Sea and their once Venetian rulers, the food in Croatia is delicious
