My brother and I were very fortunate to have been raised by such an amazing woman. We wanted to show her that everything shes done and continues to do has made an enormous impact on our lives. That’s when we came up with the idea of taking her on a trip anywhere in the world.

When we learned she picked Croatia, we all did our research. All I remember reading was “You need 2-3 weeks minimum to enjoy Croatia”. Well, we did everything in 7 days that everyone told us would take 2 weeks. Mom, 67, was a true rock star hanging with Matt, 39, and Dan, 36, all week long as we went on one adventure after the next.

For some people this trip might be everyday life. For others it might be a once a year type of trip. For us, it was a trip of a life time.
